Please review the following terms before using any of our services.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Holiday Waale. By accessing or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Holiday Waale operates as an entity of Imperial Milestone Private Limited and provides travel related services including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, holiday packages, cruises, travel insurance, corporate travel and curated experiences.

2. Scope of Services

Holiday Waale acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third party service providers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa authorities and other vendors.

We do not own, control or operate these services and shall not be liable for any act, omission, delay, deficiency or failure by such providers.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are dynamic and may change without prior notice until full payment is received. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment as specified. Clients must provide accurate, complete and valid information.

Any error in details may result in cancellation, additional charges or denial of service without liability on Holiday Waale.

4. Pricing and Inclusions

Only services explicitly mentioned are included. Any additional services, upgrades, taxes, fees or personal expenses shall be borne by the client. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, supplier revisions or government taxes.

Holiday Waale reserves the right to revise pricing before confirmation.

5. Travel Documentation

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, permits and required travel documents.

Holiday Waale may assist in visa processing but does not guarantee approval. Any rejection, delay or loss arising from visa issues shall not be the responsibility of Holiday Waale.

6. Amendments and Modifications

Any request for changes after booking confirmation shall be subject to availability and additional charges.

Certain bookings may be non changeable, non transferable or non amendable as per supplier policies.

7. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.

Cancellation charges will apply as per airline, hotel and supplier policies along with Holiday Waale service charges. Refunds if any shall be governed by the Refund Policy.

8. Refund Policy Reference

Refunds are subject to case to case evaluation and depend on booking conditions, supplier policies, travel dates and timing of cancellation.

Holiday Waale reserves the right to review each case individually before processing any refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Holiday Waale and its parent entity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, business interruption or personal inconvenience.

Total liability if any shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in dispute.

10. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Holiday Waale, its directors, employees, affiliates and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities or legal expenses arising due to breach of Terms, violation of laws, incorrect information provided or misuse of services.

11. Third Party Disclaimer

Holiday Waale shall not be responsible for any actions, delays, cancellations or service deficiencies caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa authorities or any third party vendors.

All disputes related to such services must be resolved directly with the respective provider.

12. Force Majeure

Holiday Waale shall not be liable for any delay, disruption or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, strikes or technical failures.

No compensation or refund shall be guaranteed in such cases unless provided by the supplier.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Holiday Waale.

In case of unjustified chargebacks Holiday Waale reserves the right to recover dues along with penalties, legal costs and may restrict future services.

14. User Conduct

Clients must maintain appropriate conduct and comply with all local laws during travel.

Any misconduct, abusive behavior or non compliance may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

15. Intellectual Property

All content including branding, text, logos, design and materials are the intellectual property of Holiday Waale and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written consent.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.

17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

In the event of any dispute the parties shall first attempt resolution through mutual discussion within 30 days.

If unresolved the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 with a sole arbitrator appointed by Holiday Waale. The arbitration shall take place in Rajasthan, India and the decision shall be final and binding.

18. Waiver of Claims

By using our services the client agrees to waive any claims arising from delays, cancellations or service failures caused by third party providers or circumstances beyond control.

19. Right to Refuse Service

Holiday Waale reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any booking in cases of suspected fraud, policy violation or inappropriate behavior.

Refunds if any shall be subject to internal review and applicable deductions.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms along with Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and related documents constitute the complete agreement between the client and Holiday Waale.
